TRE is a self-releasing approach offering both short term and long term recovery benefits, effectively relieving aches and pains, anxiety, fatigue, emotional distress, headaches, muscle tension, restlessness, lack of concentration, sleep difficulties and various other stress related symptoms.

TRE uses a simple series of movements to safely activate the body’s natural reflex process of shaking (called a Neurogenic Tremor), thereby assisting the body in releasing deep patterns of tension, stress and trauma.
